NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ITEMS
Due to the custom nature of custom or personalized items we do not take returns for those items. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Non Custom Returns
If you are not happy with a non custom or personalized item that you receive from us please send back to us with a note as to the reason for the return for a full refund for the item. If shipping applies it will not be refunded.

Defect/Damage Returns
If you need to return an item to us that is defective or has been damaged please contact us prior to returning. Sometimes on damaged items all we may need is a picture. If an item is defective we need to determine the issue and the course of action to handle the situation. For either damaged or defective items please email or txt pics and description of the problem to us.
